  • Confidence isn’t about perfection; it’s about belief, strengths, and action. This workshop redefines confidence as an intentional practice rooted in strengths, helping participants unlock their full potential and embrace challenges with resilience.

    This workshop teaches participants to:

    • Apply our proven confidence building framework and identify confidence gremlins that are getting in the way.

    • Identify and leverage their top strengths to build true self-assurance and lasting confidence.

    • Develop a mindset of growth and and learning to fuel confidence over time.

  • Your LinkedIn profile is more than a digital resume—it’s a platform to showcase your expertise, grow your network, and attract opportunities that align with your aspirations. This workshop guides participants through building an authentic, strengths-based professional brand that makes a lasting impression.

    • Craft a compelling LinkedIn profile that highlights strengths, skills, and expertise.

    • Communicate their personal brand in a way that aligns with their career goals.

    • Increase their visibility and build meaningful connections on LinkedIn.

    Participants will leave with actionable strategies to refresh their LinkedIn profile and feel more confident in growing their own personal brand.

  • Navigating today’s job market requires more than applications and resumes—it calls for relationship-building, clarity, and confidence. This workshop helps participants reframe networking as a strengths-based, human approach to building meaningful professional connections and accessing opportunities.

    • Understand how hiring, referrals, and visibility work in the modern job market

    • Build authentic, strengths-based networking strategies that feel aligned and sustainable

This workshop supports participants in gaining clarity about what’s next by designing strengths-aligned career experiments that fit their real lives and current constraints.

    • Clarify what’s working, what’s not, and what they want more of in their career right now

    • Identify strengths, interests, and values to generate realistic next-step possibilities

    • Design low-risk, actionable career experiments to explore options before making big decisions

    Participants will leave with a clearer sense of direction, a set of personalized career experiments, and concrete next steps to move forward with confidence and momentum.

  • In a fast-paced work environment, teams rarely have the space to connect on a personal level. This unique, hands-on workshop uses creativity and storytelling to strengthen team bonds, foster collaboration, and inspire a culture of appreciation.

    This workshop teaches participants to:

    • Engage in creative expression as a tool for connection and stress relief.

    • Share personal stories and learn more about their teammates in a relaxed setting.

    • Reflect on the power of creativity to build trust, understanding, and collaboration.
