I’m a certified coach, strategic advisor, and facilitator with a deep focus on strengths-based leadership, inclusive team development, and culture transformation. I partner with mission-driven leaders and organizations to:

  • Build inclusive, strengths-based teams rooted in trust and performance

  • Design leadership development programs that support underrepresented leaders build confidence and skill

  • Foster cultures of continuous learning and psychological safety

With 20+ years of experience across education, nonprofits, and startups, I blend strategic insight with a relational approach to help individuals and teams gain clarity, build confidence, and drive sustainable results.

I’m proud to be an alumna of Teach For America, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Relay Graduate School of Education, Coaching For Everyone, and the Center for Integrated Intelligence.

My Why

As a shy, quiet twin growing up, I often found myself measured against someone else—searching for who I was in the shadow of comparison. It took me years to find my own voice and authentic leadership style, and it was the journey of discovering my own unique strengths that became a turning point for my career. Operating from my strengths —- and developing compassion for my lesser strengths so I could manage them more effectively —- gave me the clarity and confidence I had always longed for.

In 2018, my world shifted again when we lost my mom suddenly—just one month after a stage four cancer diagnosis. That grief was painful. It also lit a fire in me: to help others live and lead effectively from their gifts during this one brief, beautiful lifetime.
