A young child with curly dark hair and baggy cheeks is sitting in a high chair, holding and eating a piece of food. The child is smiling and has some food or chocolate smudges on their face. The high chair has a pattern with small yellow and pink designs, and the background appears to be a beige wall.

I’m a certified coach, strategic advisor, and facilitator with a deep focus on strengths-based leadership, inclusive team development, and culture transformation. I partner with mission-driven leaders and organizations to:

  • Build inclusive, strengths-based teams rooted in trust and performance

  • Design leadership development programs that support underrepresented leaders

  • Foster cultures of continuous learning, growth, and psychological safety

With 20+ years of experience across education, nonprofits, and startups, I blend strategic insight with a relational approach to help individuals and teams gain clarity, build confidence, and drive sustainable results.

I’m proud to be an alumna of Teach For America, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Relay Graduate School of Education, and the Center for Integrated Intelligence.

My Why

As a shy, quiet twin growing up, I often found myself measured against someone else—searching for who I was in the shadow of comparison. Discovering my own unique strengths became a turning point. It gave me the clarity and confidence I had been longing for.

In 2018, my world shifted again when we lost my mom suddenly—just one month after a stage four cancer diagnosis. That grief cracked me open. It also lit a fire in me: to help others live and lead from their gifts during this one brief, beautiful lifetime.

My work is rooted in that urgency—and grounded in intentionality. I create space for people to slow down, reflect deeply, and take bold, aligned action. Because when leaders show up with clarity, they don’t just transform their teams—they transform their lives.

A constant pursuit of growth and learning is important to me. I bring this curiosity for deeper inquiry into my work as a coach and facilitator, fostering a culture of learning with my clients.
