All sessions are to be held on Fridays starting in 2025 — January 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, and February 6th, from 11AM-12:30 PM PST | 2PM-3:30 PM EST | held on Zoom
Week 1 — Clarity: Strengths, Identity & What You Really Want
Get grounded in your strengths, season of life, and aligned direction.
Outcome: Visioning, Values Sort, Strengths Map, and Goal Setting
Week 2 — Belief: Rewriting Stories & Working With Your Gremlins
Identify your confidence gremlins and create belief practices that support your growth.
Outcome: Personalized Belief Mantra + Confidence Gremlin Tools
Week 3 — Action: Design Your Micro-Experiment
Create a bold-yet-doable 2–4 week experiment to build confidence through real practice.
Outcome: One Confidence Micro-Experiment + Accountability Partner
Week 4 — Visibility & Integration
Practice expressing your strengths in low-stakes ways. Celebrate progress, reflect, and create a plan to continue your growth.
Outcome: Personal Brand 1-Pager, Personal Style Words, and 30-Day Confidence Action Plan + Momentum Map
Week 5 — Community Celebration and Executive Leaders Networking Session

All sessions are recorded and shared within 24 hours. You can catch up anytime and still fully participate in the challenges and activities.

About 2 hours per week to get the most of this program:
90 minutes for the live session
20–30 minutes for optional exercises or mini-challenges
Of course, if you want to lock in and do more, we have stretch resources, but we don’t expect that!

Yes. Most participants use employer-sponsored PD or L&D funds. This program qualifies under leadership development, confidence/communication training, personal branding, and coaching. We can provide a letter for the employer, and work with you 1:1 to make this happen.
